Those pickles I made earlier this year were just unreal. The 2 jars with the peppers in them turned out perfect. I wish I made more than 1 jar of each. This year I will make as many as I can. I could not buy pickles in the store that good.
This year I will start tracking the peppers on this site from seedlings to maturity. And try to grow about 10-15 varieties. I Taking an inventory of my seeds yesterday. It's amazing how many seeeds I have from my original plants.
