I had stopped growing peppers the past few years as it turned out that eating all the peppers on a daily basis was causing my eyes to be bloodshot and my vision was getting blurry... seems strange but true.  It took 3 years to figure it out, but once I cut out my daily dose of chilli peppers things returned to normal.

However, I will be starting a new batch this year to produce jams and hot pickles.

I will be purchasing my seeds from eBay and looking for a large variety on the extreme heat side of  the scoville scale 500,000 +

Those pickles I made earlier this year were just unreal. The 2 jars with the peppers in them turned out perfect. I wish I made more than 1 jar of each. This year I will make as many as I can. I could not buy pickles in the store that good.

This year I will start tracking the peppers on this site from seedlings to maturity. And try to grow about 10-15 varieties. I Taking an inventory of my seeds yesterday. It's amazing how many seeeds I have from my original plants.
